Business Portraits
Leadership and team portraits that look like the person, not like a stock library.
The brief
A first impression that lasts.
A good business portrait should look professional without making the person in front of the camera feel staged or uncomfortable.
We create a relaxed setup, guide people through the shoot and keep the visual style consistent across the team. That way, the portraits work together today and can easily be extended as the company grows.
Selected work
People we photographed
One mixed set from portrait shoots for teams and founders.
What your portraits can include
Business portraits are built around how and where they will be used. We define the final setup together before the shoot.
01
Individual portrait options
A selection of different looks and compositions for each person.
02
A consistent visual set
Lighting, framing and colour are planned to work across the whole team and stay consistent over time.
03
Natural retouching
Retouching where needed, while keeping people looking like themselves.
04
Ready for different uses
Files prepared in suitable crops and formats for web, social media, presentations and print.
05
A repeatable recipe
We keep the lighting and grade on file. New joiners are matched to the existing set, not restarted.
How a session runs
Efficient on the day. Consistent in the result.
Step 01
Setup
We prepare the lighting, background and framing on site before the first person steps in front of the camera.
Step 02
Schedule
We work with clearly planned time slots so the shoot fits around your team and day-to-day business.
Step 03
The session
Clear direction, a relaxed setup and enough time to get a portrait that feels natural and professional.
Step 04
Selection
Depending on the project, favourites can be selected during the session or afterwards through a private proof gallery.
Step 05
Delivery
Selected portraits are professionally edited and delivered in the agreed formats, crops and timeframe.
Example scopes
No fixed packages. We build the session around your team size, visual style and how the portraits will be used.

Before we start
Wear what feels appropriate for your role and company. We generally recommend simple, well-fitting clothing without distracting patterns or large logos. If needed, we can share a few guidelines with your team before the shoot.
Both are possible. We can set up directly at your office, work with the existing environment or organise a studio setup depending on the look you want and the size of the team.
Usually, yes. If you want to continue an existing portrait style, send us a few reference images beforehand. We’ll assess the lighting, framing, background and colour treatment and recreate the look as closely as possible.
That is completely normal. We keep the session relaxed, give clear direction and take the pressure out of posing. The goal is a professional portrait that still feels like the person in front of the camera.
One day. The whole team, sorted.
Send us the date, the location and roughly how many people. We will come back with a clear approach and a realistic scope.
