Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marcel Zirpins & Norman Zirpins GbR, trading under the business name VZN Brothers, Bei der Lutherbuche 45, 22529 Hamburg, Germany, phone: +49 152 2635 1091, email: team@vznbrothers.com) by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

If, at your express request, performance is to begin before the withdrawal period has expired, we obtain that declaration separately in the quotation or contract. It has to be confirmed actively there and is not pre-selected.

That declaration is neither part of this information nor of the Terms and Conditions.

This information concerns consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Whether a right of withdrawal exists for a specific contract follows from the statutory provisions.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal remain unaffected. Where a statutory exception applies to a contract, we point this out separately before the contract is concluded.

Statutory exceptions may likewise apply to goods made individually to your specifications, for example individually designed albums or photographic products.

The statutory model withdrawal form is available as a standalone document and can be accessed, printed and returned independently of this information. Its use is not mandatory; withdrawal is equally valid in any other clear declaration.
