Weddings
Documentary coverage of the whole day. Few set-ups, no hour-long group photo blocks.
The brief
The best pictures happen when nobody is being arranged.
You will remember the day as a feeling, not as a list of poses. So we photograph it the way it happens and keep the directing to the few moments where it genuinely helps.
Two of us, quietly, from getting ready to the dance floor. Your guests should notice the photographs afterwards — not the photographers during.
The film
One whole day in eight minutes, cut from the same coverage as the photographs.
Clicking connects to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Nothing is transmitted before that.
Selected work
A day, in pictures
A mixed set from the weddings we photographed — no two of them alike.
Possible deliverables
Agreed with you before the day and written into the offer.
01
Two photographers
Two photographers means two rooms at once while you get ready, and two angles for the ceremony without anyone walking through the aisle.
02
A planned timeline
We go through the schedule with you beforehand and look at where light, locations and timing matter for the photographs.
03
Group photos, kept short
A list agreed in advance, worked through quickly with someone from the family calling names. Then everyone goes back to the party.
04
The full edited story
A private online gallery, prepared for download and the agreed use, plus a preview soon after the day. You decide beforehand whether you pick image by image or we hand over the finished set.
05
Optional wedding film
A film with the vows and the speeches in real sound, cut from the same day. Booked with the photography, not instead of it.
What a day includes is agreed with you beforehand and written into the offer.
How it works
From first call to your gallery
Step 01
Meeting
A video call or a coffee in Hamburg. You should like us before you book us for a whole day.
Step 02
Timeline
Well before the day, we build the photographic schedule together — light, locations, the group list.
Step 03
The day
We arrive at the agreed start and stay through the part of the day covered in your booking.
Step 04
Preview
A small set soon after the day — enough to answer everyone asking before you are back from the trip.
Step 05
Gallery
The complete edit as agreed, with an album if you want one.
Example scopes
No fixed packages. We build the coverage around your day — the schedule, the locations and how much of it you want documented.

Before we start
We hear that often. Documentary coverage means very little directing, and the short time we spend with just the two of you is kept relaxed and simple.
A handful of combinations fits comfortably into the time we set aside. Many more than that and you spend your reception queuing, which nobody thanks us for afterwards.
Gladly — we work across Europe and the USA. Travel and accommodation are part of the offer, so nothing is added afterwards.
Only with your written permission, image by image if you prefer. Saying no changes nothing about the price or the coverage.
Often booked together
Portraits
An engagement session before the wedding or an after-wedding session later — a relaxed portrait session away from the schedule of the day.
ExploreLife Stories
Record your grandparents while the whole family is in one place anyway.
ExploreDocumentary
For a wedding that is really a three-day family gathering worth following properly.
ExploreTell us the date. We’ll check it.
Tell us the date and where it happens. Both of us read it, and you hear back from one of us.
